why?

my Apex Legends account, which was recently banned. I am a passionate player from China who has invested a significant amount of time and effort into this game, and I deeply cherish the experience it has provided.

I started playing Apex Legends in June 2023, and since then, it has become an integral part of my life. Over the course of 1,848 hours, I have not only improved my skills but also made many friends through the game. To enhance my gameplay and share my experiences, I often streamed my sessions on Bilibili and watched various tutorials and professional gameplay videos to learn from the best.

On the evening of January 14, 2025, I finished my last game of the day and said goodbye to my friends. I did not log in to my account for the next two days. However, when I attempted to log in from a hotel computer on the evening of January 17th, I was shocked to see that my account had been banned. This came as a devastating blow, as I have always played fairly and have never used any form of cheating software or engaged in any behavior that would harm other players.

I recently purchased Kovvakk on Steam to practice my shooting skills, which I believe has significantly improved my gameplay. However, I want to emphasize that I have never used this software to gain any unfair advantage in Apex Legends. My love for the game is genuine, and I have always strived to be a respectful and fair player.

Just two months ago, I completed a collection event with 30 items and earned two brand-new heirlooms. I had just obtained my first heirloom shard around the 1,100-hour mark. These achievements meant a lot to me, and the sudden ban has left me feeling extremely upset and disappointed.

I sent my appeal emails to EAHELP over and over again, but it was of no use. My account has exceeded three appeal opportunities, and now I regret playing the game APEX. I can't even find out why I was blocked, it's ridiculous

"when I attempted to log in from a hotel computer"

Never ever ever log onto or even worse, play the game, from a public computer. Apart from the risk that they save your passwords or use key-loggers, you never know if the hardware of these computers are flagged for cheating. Playing fairly without cheating on hardware that are flagged might result in bans of the accounts playing.
