Why am I being punish for having bad teammates ?

Cause no matter how much EA deny it, there IS an objective to hold players in game as much time as possible, and there IS levers in action making it. Comparing ranked before and after s13, i see only one real change for me - the time i must spend to soloq to deserved rank is doubled. Kill price depending on placement is one of the remaining nails in soloq coffin lid - if your teammates let you down, you can't compensate it.
I dunno how this changes actually passed testing(was there ever one?) - who could imagine, that squad, obliterated 6 another squads in hot drop and then finished by some chargerifle rat trio does not deserve to exit game at least with 0 rp loss?

Well, the team stands central in the game, to uphold a certain standard, you'll obviously encounter issues if your team doesn't function properly.

It's important to communicate with your team and so forth, though of course it's not always possible in every case.

If players have a problem with the RNG factor of other teammates then you should get into a premade before getting into the queue.

This should resolve the issue since the teammates are now personally selected.

It's annoying to have lesser skilled players but anyone can get to gold so unfortunately we are stuck with that. I had to get past blaming my teammates and resist trying to help in every situation to get higher up in ranked. A lot of the time they do something stupid then I would end up making a bad play to try and help but realizing when that is and not making a dumb play just because they do helps a lot. That's one of the reason I barely play ranked now, it's too easy to get to gold and plat so you end up with not so good players on your team playing against 3 stacks thatre all good and coordinated. Even in diamond sometimes I'm shocked at how bad some people are that manage to make it to diamond

I don't see the the problem if there's a solution already presented.

Sure it might be some extra work... but in the end if you care about having proper matches, some work has to be done.

Players are human, not perfect nor will they act like you want them to.

Though you have the option to at least limit certain factors, I think it's good to make use of that.

Legends, everyone has their own playstyle, and some players just don't play enough to be good at the game. Its true that finding people to squad up with is useful, as well as communication being key, however oftentimes its not that easy and players usually are going to do what they want to anyways.

For right now, we just have to deal with it until we get a better matchmaking system. The current problem is that players aren't being put into their proper lobbies just yet and that mix of playstyles. Hopefully the upcoming changes would provide players with teammates and enemies of similar skills.
