Why can a Gold league player play with a Bronze?

I’m in gold and I can still play with my bronze friend. Doesn’t that kinda create uneven match making? What if I’m in apex predator and I can still play with my bronze friend.

Its a team game! You'll get a bit bronzier, he will get a bit more predatory, and thing will get more evenier! :P

    That's the most idiotic thing I've ever heard. It doesn't make sense. If this is a true ranking system then you shouldn't be able to play with someone of a different caliber. And also there should be set backs put into effect. Such as, if you don't make the top 15 teams then points should be deducted. If they want to make this truly competitive, then make it actually competitive and not just a GRIND GAME.

      Be good and get kills and you don’t have to grind as much
