Why does someone's heirloom shards go away if they haven't spend it yet?

Here is the proof. The person didn't have a phone but his name is FootToeNeck on xbox. I just need ea's email to send it to them and contact them.

@RuPpErTstong32Are any of the heirlooms marked as claimed (Including the Bloodhound skin)? I got my first set of shards during the beginning half of Season 12, and I just got Valkyrie's heirloom with them. So, they shouldn't of had just disappear.

    Nothing is claimed, i have proof this is not me i got the wraith heirloom. The picture is him making sure that his is fully gone and this is the proof he don't have the skin either.
