Wildcard (Future Updates Advice) - (Legends pick, others)

Hello Admins and Moderators, before I started this, English is not my first language, I apologize for hardly to understand later in this discussion

After playing some matches of Wildcards from the previous season, I started to notice that for the Legends pick. More and more in later matches, I found people trying to have the same Legends (Octanes mostly, and maybe some other Legends too), BUT because the Wildcard introduction earlier let players pick the same Legends, I would like to know if we can readjust that to prevent players from picking the same Legends? 

Since this Wildcard Mode, what IF Legends can still upgrade perks only to level 2? But this may be an advantage to some legends may need discussion or could be ONLY to Wildcard Mode the level 2 perks will be adjusted too, and different from the Trios/Casual Mode and about the zoning and players in matches, can we have an additional 10 Players? and the zone will adjust to slightly bigger
