Wraith taking damage while in Phase

Question

Today I was playing ranked on Ps4, and noticed multiple occasions in which I took damage while in Wraith's tactical ability.

1) I was coming out of storm, hit my tactical with Wraith but continued to take storm damage while running in my phase.

2) I was aggressing towards an enemy team when their bangalore threw her ult. As any wraith would do, I hit my tactical and ran right through her barrage only to take damage from the explosions and get stunned in the process. I came out of the phase stunned for multiple seconds.

3) I was planning to run across lava on the map, so I used my tactical to traverse it unharmed. You guessed it. I took multiple ticks of lava damage while in phase.

4) Another instance in which I was aggressing an enemy team and the Lifeline threw a thermite to block a door. I hit my Wraith tactical and tried to run right through it but per usual ended up taking burn damage while in another dimension.

Is there a stealth nerf you guys recently threw in to ensure that Wraith can take damage from another dimension? :'D

We have seen some bugs in the past where damage was taken in the void, but that was a while ago. Do you happen to record your gameplay? If so, do you have any sample clips?
