with all this "hacking" going on and people apparently being compromised with their systems and EA's defense against these type of attacks, many people are saying don't play the game till this is resolved...
what the heck is going on...can we play or not...should we play?
EA has said nothing so I’d say no it’s not safe if it was they would probably say hey it’s safe too play cause they want people playing there game so I’m assuming Ea is very compromised
Since there is no official statement it is very likely that ea and respawn don't exactly know what is going on. Maybe there is nothing to worry about for normal users, or maybe everyone is in danger.
It is possible that different hacker groups also trying to find the same exploit because having access to executing code on 300k users is pretty valuable. For example you can turn everyone into coin miners or a botnet. Or you can just infect every user with a simple worm then sell it to different groups.
The destroyer guy was just having fun but things can get ugly pretty fast if other people also get access to same power.You Are nobody so you Are okay. He targets Big streamers
