Apex Legends "Not currently playable"

I have been trying to log into my apex account, when i do it says "Apex is not currently playab;e". Unavailable this item cannot be purchased or played at this time.

I have EA Play and I don't know how to get in it.

I play it on steam fine on a totally different account so I know Apex isn't down or anything.
