Apex Legends (Ranked Lag Out Penalty)

Alright so launch of season 4 I didn’t gain any of my season 3 ranked rewards Cuz of a bug a thousand Players abused which Respawn was aware of and should’ve patched so i decided to grind ranked again...

So first few games were okay but then I started getting the code.net error and blue screen lag out and for some reason I got loss forgiveness, so I thought the game knew I wasn’t dashboarding anymore and lagging out but it happened constantly!! And I started getting penalized for lagging out of ranked games smh🤦🏽Last penalty I got was a 40 min ban and it’s so dumb...Me and hundreds maybe thousands of other players isn’t at fault here...if Respawn would PLEASE fix there in-game bugs they wouldn’t be losing players day by day,such a great game but servers are absolutely horrible.I kid u not I wiped out a whole squad in the first ring and got blue screened so I was already pissed and on top of that I gotta deal with a penalty for something that wasn’t even my fault !!EA,RESPAWN i know you have community employees that read these posts and u understand you guys are working on a fix with these servers but something needs to happen quick the apex legends game is the most amazing game I ever played and I don’t wanna quit as well as other players but these new bugs in this launch of season 4 makes the game unplayable...please get it together and make a miracle happen

    Same here I got it recorded if they need proof this needs to be fixed asap I've been banned for 20mins for something I had no control of my internet is Xfinity 1g internet and I'm wired to my router

    Same for me here. It’s happened 3 or 4 times to me now where I’ve received a penalty for it. And no matter what I do I can’t get in touch with ea. It’s really bad honestly, and although I’m sure Respawn / EA see these things, to punish people who are honest players yet disconnected through no fault of their own is really harsh. There is no points / credit system in which you can “rebuild” your player quality, which TBF wouldn’t make that much of a difference anyway due to being disconnected so often. It seems like there’s so many people with the same issues..please fix this. Apex is too good to let go of!

    That's weird that is happening. I've quit a couple games this season while my teammate had a level 4 knockdown, accidentally. 10 min ban both times.

    Then yesterday I was trying to close Overwolf during the game, but hit alt f4 instead of alt e. 

    I was expecting double the loss in rp, but instead I got +42 or something for 4 kills plus I think I was in 6th place at the time. 

    I have no history of quitting/dashboard. Ever. I don't know if they take that into account too though?

    Same here and I’ve been grinding trying to get to master and in total I’ve lost 144 points to lagging out of games where I’ve been top 5 and top 3 in. Please take the penalty away for lagging out it’s completely unfair and makes Me frankly not want to play the game if I’m going to get penalized for something I have no control over .

    Okay this is soo annoying!!!!!! I'm trying to play apex ranked in gold 2 and it lagged me out so I was unable to join now I'm down to gold 3 and I'm unable to play for the next 30 minutes. EA/Respawn please fix this pain in the *!

    Idk how to make a post so I’m replying to a similar situation, I was just playing a ranked game when my team and I won, after we won my game froze and I got an error code and was penalized for leaving I actually lost points instead of gaining them, for “leaving the game”, this makes me very upset I’m trying to progress and having this happen is a big set back I racked up 167 points and didn’t receive any. Very frustrating.
