Apex performance update and possible nerf to AA for cross play

@pandareno1999 Thordan, the youtuber, showed that there are codes in the files already pointing out the dualsense and the xbox series X/S controllers so he feels that it (next gen version) will come out very soon. With that, he also assumed the accident nerf of console AA to 0.4 can somehow be connected to the upcoming next gen version.

@Cheese9Man OK so the implication is that it is related to next gen but not limited to. That seems logical. The notion that the "oops we nerfed aim assist" bug may in fact have been a stealth test of some sort isn't a hard one to reach. I was going to suggest the same thing!

Since we're giving opinions, I don't really care. I didn't feel terribly affected by the bug, Like with any incremental setting change, things felt a bit off and would take some adjustment.
