Ban: Apex Legends You broke our rules against Gameplay enhancement.

after doing 3 cases on trying to appeal this ban nothing has changed they just say it right and we will not ban you,
i havent cheated on cs or anygames and i have been part of ea since 2013 and ive been playing apex for years and not once cheated and because they have updated to a new anti cheat which is atually crap because it even banned streamers for the same issue and they all got banned under 24 hours and ive been banned since july 2025 and still nothing getting sorted and now because they have made it where when you make a appeal it gets sent to a AI bot and it declines the appeal and closes the case nothing gets looked at or anything they can legit check my pc and even review my apex games and see im just a average player im diamond rank XD i legit only play the game now and again since i play a load of other game like r6s and cs2 and few others and i spent quite abit of money on apex and nothing gets looked at and i aint dumb if i was to cheat i deffo wouldn't do on my main account, apex needs to sort there sh** out and actually look at the appeals and unban the right people

    Sorry to hear that you're still appealing the ban. It's definitely frustrating to have your main account, one you spent time, effort, and money on, actioned for reasons you disagree with. This might not be the response you were hoping for, but I'm afraid we don't have the tools to change or discuss anything here on the forums, so creating an appeal as you have is the right way forward. 

    The review by our ToS team is conducted by a human advisor, not AI. I believe their messages are template-based, so the confusion is understandable. Since you've received appeal-declined messages before, the team found evidence supporting the ban. In that case, feel free to directly include the evidence you mentioned and more that you're able to find and appeal again. Please note that response time may vary depending on the number of active cases under investigation, so we appreciate your patience as the team looks into it. 

    In the meantime, you can keep an eye on the status of the appeals on your case history page. If the status is Transferred or Waiting on Studio, then the appeal is still under review and has been passed along to the right team. Please avoid resuming the appeals until you receive a response to prevent any additional delays.

    The same thing happened to me, I don't own any Zens, xims, titan. I've just returned from a 3-year break from apex, got to platinum 2, and woke up this morning after leaving my game running overnight connected my Bluetooth headphones and a message popped up saying client account has been banned for gameplay enhancement

    Yh they don’t know what there doing banning people for no reason and players that have been playing for near the beginning and had spent money and time on there account so why would they start cheat or enhancing gameplay as they say and then don’t even give you any evidence on why they banned you

    Thank you for the useless advice and I mean no offense when I say it but this is all I get from your support and you think we me being a member since 2013 u would try and help abit more

    its been 9 years since i had this ea account and ive been playing apex since season 7 just to be banned for no clear reason other than using console cheats which i dont have a reason to use bc i play apex on pc

    I'm in the exact same situation. Appeals are completely useless, and everyone gets the same generic reply. I've been playing since Season 12 and got banned last month.

  • Same, I have played the game since S3-4. I just got banned suddenly while I was playing with my friend with the exactly same reason(gam enhancement). I don’t cheat and I appreciate EA is improving their anti cheat. However I am so disappointed. I appealed thrice, leaving similar words (oh the ban is correct after full investigation). I mean I do spend money on this game(a lot) . Why would I cheat to make my account being banned. It’s my main account. Hopefully EA can notice and start real improvement on anti cheat and the issues of banning for no reason. (Not native English speaker forgive my language mistake)

    It’s stupid that they just paste the same message with one minor change mentioning the other times we appealed, don't even get an explanation as to what we did actually did to get banned
