With all due respect, they are not replying with any usefull information. They just send out premade templates to anyone asking this question. I think it's bizar there is absoluty no communication to the community regarding their decision, or any details giving further information.
They are Banning without warning and are accusing us of cheating yet, they are essentially stealing hard earned money that we worked for and killed ourselves for. I find it outright ridiculous in regards to providing us with absolutely no warning. Who the hell reads the ToS of anything anyways???
I abused the alt f4 exploit , got my first mail saying that i'm perm banned , tried to email them back for more explanation and infos , they emailed me this morning saying that they won't take the sanction out of my account , idk if its a bot who's answering me they didn't give me any of infos , i did admit that i did it . a friend of mine did it and he got a 28 days ban. feelsbadman :'(

We unfortunately won't be able to provide an answer here and it will need to go through our Terms of Service team so they can manually review the account. We don't want to make assumptions by lumping players that were banned for something unrelated to those recently actioned for the aforementioned exploit.
For anyone inquiring on an action taken on their account, only our Terms of Service team will be able to assist in that request.
