Banned for no reason and denied appeal

My account was haacked, then i get it back and i am now banned. its been a full year and i have still not got my account back, i have spent lots of money on apex legends and honestly feel robbed.

yes bro i have literally the same problem and still getting responded by same email every time i have spent over 1000e in here and still nothing

    @werdeno They pretty much did the same to my other account it's genuinely like talking to robots they have 0 human understanding for some reason.
    It is what it is.
