Are you logging into the same account on the same platform that the Battle Pass was purchased for?
I'm asking because if the account is different, that won't give you the pass, and if the purchasing platform is different than the platform you are logging into, then the pass isn't activated yet as the purchasing platform would need to be logged into first in order to activate the pass.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean, I only have the one account. I puchased it and the list came up of everything i unlocked but none of it was there and i just finished the battle pass the other day and still dont have anything but the free items.
