the gold body shield doesn't make sense to use anymore as one shield cell can make use and the other one doesn't bring value. Having the syringes bring more is okay but seeing as the meta is fast paced, it would be nice for a faster way to heal. It gives the gold shield a better use like for aggressive players and since there's less gold items on the maps now it would make sense to bring it back as it would be balanced imo.

@MassiveVernon I vote for four bars and double heal. I think it would be a good balance between purple and red then. 👍Saying that it would be a better shield then red evo then, I'm not sure how they could alter it with the current shield nerf. Atm the gold makes no sense.

Depending how many squads are left, is my deciding factor of picking it up, or giving it the shoulder brush. Not many opportunities came up were I’ve picked it up since S6 dropped tho lol.Came up on two gold shields in fragment, just laying there on top of that one building, teammate did have a gold shield for the entire game, so I guess to each their own.P.S. we dropped our shields for the pic lol

@rockyboy1998 remind me where the gold shields at atm. I remember it's got less shield/bars than before but what's the ability?

@phantomkiller143 Was about to make a post about this, should definitely be reverted to fast heal instead or give it 4 bars and keep the double heal . The amount of times I’ve found a set of gold armour just left there shows it’s kinda worthless now

@phantomkiller143 I think they should give it back the fast heal ability... that way players are still incentivised to try and work their way up to get the red shield or they settle for less health and take the gold with the option to heal quicker. This also allows people to stack bigger meds like Phoenix kits and med kits as they are quicker to use.

If they do this however, I think they need to make sure that the gold shield is one of the rarest items on the map because they can be very OP.

Personally, I think the gold items are pretty good my favourite being the helmet as I play with BH and it gives me the ability to get my tac and ult back quicker. The backpack is good if you have a mirage or a lifeline as well I always will give this out to either of them players!
