I just found out some information about Gibraltar that could be a possible motive if one of the legends is indeed a traitor.
Warning if you havent read the lore pertaining to the fortunes favor kings canyon loading screen spoilers ahead.
Gibraltar pretty much hooked up with his boyfriend nik in the cage of the thunder dome for the first time in kings canyon. And as you know they were together during the landslide when they stole a bike. But from the text in the loading screen apparently they broke up, and nik is with someone else. But Gibraltar seems to still be in love with him, so thunder dome would be a highly cherished location for him, but its destroyed now. Since love makes people do crazy things Gibraltar may have a grudge against loba for destroying the location of his fond memories.
I dunno if it's enough to pin him as a traitor but do with this information what you will.
