Can anyone give me actual advice on how to find teammates on lfg's longterm

@soccerking122 I had greatest success actually talking to and playing with randoms. Still it took me a very long time to get a full team. Same you have to understand that most of the time you get worse at the game in the start with a premade as it takes time getting used to more sweaty matchmaking and at the same time getting fused as a team. Many teams tend to break up before it starts getting better.
