Can Heirloom Shard be transferred?

Ok so a few months ago my account got reset (of cosmetics and bought items only, including heirlooms) 

I'll be able to retrieve my stuff (hopefully) when I log back into my other EA acc in a few months.

However, on the ea acc I'm currently playing on I just received heirlooms from an apex pack. Yes it should be exciting and It was for 5seconds until I realised that this was not the account I wished to recieve them on (as I have completely nothing on this acc)

So I was wondering when I log out of this account and log back into my other acc will the heirloom shards be transferable to my other apex//ea account or are they only available on my current account?
