Can someone explain this?
So why the ranked servers are so laggy that the game is unplayable while the normal ones are working fine(not smoothly but in an acceptable way) ?

- @Cro_Pittt Probably because ranked servers are overloaded.
Every reset, the first week is like this. Load of people come back, spam up to a certain rank and leave. - @Cro_Pittt It’s the appeal of King’s Canyon.
- @Cro_Pittt It has always been this way for some reason. Respawn doesn't have a clue that is to be sure.
@Cro_Pittt Gotta be a region issue? Asides from the usual apex issues i've not experienced any lag. :S
- @Cro_Pittt It is not false for me. It is like this every season. By the end of next week, the amount of players will drop and it will be more consistent for me.
- @hayhor If the player base in ranked was that large plat 4-D3 wouldn’t be playing preds and masters. Devs are just incompetent *
@Kevin-c946I'm not talking just ranked. I've been playing pubs and the servers have been under severe strain. Again, I experience this every new season and then it goes away.
As for your comment on why preds and masters are in lower ranks. There are only 500 preds in the world so yeah many will be paired with lower levels.I'll use another game as an example: Fifa UT. Another EA game. Every time they have a promo on a Friday the servers go down. This is due to the server load spiking.
- @hayhor They screwed up by doing too 500 for preds. It was just to cater to streamers but screwed over regular players. Just wanted it to be more “exclusive” so dumb
