Can't Buy Apex Coins with PlayStation Credit?

Hello,

I have redeemed a card and I have 10$ in PlayStation credit. However; when I try to purchase Apex Coins (first time) it's asking me to buy through a Visa, PayPal, or redeem a gift card. How can I use my existing credit?

I did it through the web instead of the console and it worked. Thanks!

@HeehawX69 I think you would need to contact either EA customer support or PS4 Customer support. EA Customer support is the first link, the second link is to PS4 Customer support.

@HeehawX69 I think you are trying to buy the coins through ps store , right?
first, make sure your PS wallet has the 10 USD then start the game and buy the coins from the game itself.
or what you are trying to buy is more than 10 USD, I believe the minimum is 12 USD for 1000 coins
