Connection to server timed out Error

Recently me and my friends are having error while playing the game. When we are in matchmaking the screen freezes and then we get an error saying "Connection to server timed out. See EA for addition...

They do not seem to help. This error is something else. I think its our servers if they are then I would really recommend u to fix the issue in our servers. If its our region plz reach out to this error problem and solve it. I'd be very thankful.

    Hey @heisenbergelev11 there's not a whole lot of info there but on your last hop you do have an incredibly high pint time. A ping over 220ms is certainly going to result in you seeing connection issues, if you have not already tried the steps I posted above then I would recommend doing so now. It's also worth speaking with your ISP and showing them your UO Trace, they will be able to see the issue and work with you on improving your connection.
