Wait, you're making yourself look a little bad here, I played this game almost since launch day, and i started playing this game because of seeing it on Shroud's steam.

Now, I spend a LOT of hours watching Shroud, Skadoodle, It'sWikED, Diegosaurs, Mendokusaii, Dizzy, Aceu, ShivFPS, Albralelie, ImperialHal and Reps from TSM, and a bunch of other pro players, and i have not heard a single one of those players EVER say that KC was a bad map.

On tho contrary, the overwhelming consensus from pro players was that the pacing in Apex was really really good, without lengthy downtimes.

Even Mendokusaii never complained about KC, and he's infamous for being a somewhat toxic complainer who leaves no stone unturned.

You're absolutely making up stuff about streamers/pro players supporting your standpoints here to add phoney weight to it, when in fact, they don't support your standpoints whatsoever, and never did.

Why do you do this? It's time to stop.

@boy_Hoodle Almost everything you tried stating as facts doesn't hold any weight and is either wrong or of your own opinion. The majority of streamers and preds preferred KC which, unlike WE, holds true to what APEX originally was and that's ''a fast paced shooter'' (inc 3rd + partying) which I can elaborate further and in more detail for you if you would like.

@apostolateofDOOM  I just don't get this whole "Worlds edge has less third partying" myth.

I've played this map ALOT since it was first released, i've been in consecutive third party scenarios in maybe 80% of those matches, the other 20% that were quiet was because i dropped too far out or made bad rotation decisions finding nothing but looted areas and the occasional tumbleweed floating by.

It's not even like i'm that dude who nosedives straight at capitol or some other hot drop in every match either, i like a bit of loot before i rumble with others. This is what leaves me perplexed as to how these guys aren't experiencing much in the way of constant third partying lol.

@MandatoryIDtagIn WE it's still pretty common and usually all or nothing with a possibility of a 3rd rolling up depending on locations that fights occur but on KC you have an extremely high chance every single fight you take and wherever you are.

I know the lull between fights on WE can have a negative impact on your performance whereas KC will keep you on your toes constantly and consistently. From a content creators perspective having to travel across the map for up to 5+mins in some cases looking for a fight doesn't look great and generally more negative than being 3rd partied which granted are at times annoying but the preds and streamers that he mentioned are the best people to deal with such situations when they occur.

I don't have a problem with WE that much, I just prefer KC but it's those that have either only played the former and can't keep up in a faster paced scenario or have played both but do better in the latter are, on average, slower players ie worse, and thus the term WE babies was born.

Although there is a significant part of the community that still prefers KC which after the outcry is why they have drip fed it in various ways since S3, it's been with us well over a year and long past its heyday even with the current changes imo and even I wouldn't mind playing WE while patiently waiting for a new CQC map.

@apostolateofDOOM i never experience a lull on worlds edge, drop with people, drop capitol, there’s plenty of places to go and constantly be taking fights. And you have plenty of room and cover and buildings to kite and make plays. Beautiful map I love it so much. 

Respectfully World's Edge is just boring.

It's the exact same drop.

Exact same fight.

Exact same rotation. 

Over.

And over.

And over.

And over and over and over 

And over again.

Nothing changes. Every fight is the same. Every game is the same. When i play World's Edge, win or lose i am bored to death.

It's just a boring grind for stats sake. It feels like you're playing "just to level up", whereas Kings Canyon feels like you're playing for enjoyment.

I'd still have rather a brand new map.

@apostolateofDOOM yea give me the stats man. im super interested. also give me the stats on KC being running around for 20 mins then finding an enemy and shooting 1 bullet and being surrounded by everyone on the server lol.

and yeah when you say how youre gonna get statistics i want you to go get them, theres better activities while drunk arguing on a forum no?

also, i feel like you're not taking the ring into consideration, if most teams land in fragment east, capitol building, by the time youre done handling 3-6ish + teams, the ring is closing and you have people either coming to them or youre running straight at them, KC i find myself having to run to where teams landed to try and find anyone alot of the time, and inevitable getting third partied after, probably because they were also wandering around looking for something to do as well :/

@apostolateofDOOM @Buddy lay off the sauce, I think when you get liquid courage in you you like to picture yourself at the presidential debates or something, everyone’s view and experience is different and that’s something you’re gonna need to come to terms with. So before you go all Ben Shapiro with trust issues on someone else remember that. There are 0 facts to back up kc is better especially on this forum with all the posts about people hating it LOL

@apostolateofDOOM if this game was about constant combat like you say then the maps wouldn’t be insanely huge like they are, both maps have lulls if you consider running to the next areas til you find a fight, kc just has more third partying after the lull you just went through to get into a fight. Worlds edge has far better architectural design to deal with that. It is by far the superior map, and fixed all of the issues KC has with having to deal with 3rd 4th and 5th parties while being in the middle of Saudi Arabia desert. You may be set in your ways because it was the first map, but that doesn’t make it better lol.

Oh sooo when it’s KC it’s a design issue but when it’s worlds edge it’s just an inferior map for people who wanna run from fights and can’t handle non stop action lol @apostolateofDOOM I think I get it now, you just wanna be right  just like on the other thread with the joke about paths grapple, couldn’t handle not pointing out that it said “zip line” big man wants to look good on his favorite social forum 

So in conclusion, Kings canyon has lulls. I guess I win the debate. Feels good man. I guess this is where I call you a liar? Cause that’s normal behavior lol

Also, @apostolateofDOOM when you say that multiple groups fighting should be “part and parcel “ I think I heard my great grandpa say that once, is that something you heard respawn devs say? Or did you insert your own opinion multiple times as fact, because that’s your view on how the game should be? Should I respond by calling you a liar and accuse you of making things up? Before you sis on KC it’s constant action, now you acknowledge the lulls on KC? How should I insult you on that one? I’m hoping to get you to realize how when you accuse someone of lying and making things up because you don’t agree with it, it doesn’t usually lead to a productive convo and it isn’t something you just throw around. You seem like an older chap and I don’t think you got that way by running around calling people liars in the real world. Probably because you know deep down that’s very rude, so imo maybe you shouldn’t do it online either. Idk if it’s the alcohol or what, but idk how one gets to a point where they’d call someone a liar over saying “I don’t experience lulls on worlds edge” that’s pretty crazy ngl lol, the only “lulls”I experience are the small gaps between fights and looting just like on KC except on KC I find the lulls between fights are typically longer. If you are the type to instantly go to “liar/ making things up” then idk man. Can’t just be throwing things around like that 

@IlIlIIllIlIlIl If you have 2 maps and one is a fair bit larger than the other then which one do you think will take (on average) longer between fights? That was the whole point of our original discussion and I don't think the answer is rocket science.

I haven't called you a liar to insult you, I called you a liar because you lied.. to back up your own claim. If that hurt your feelings then I don't know what to tell you. Maybe you would like someone more compassionate to hold your hand while having a conversation. Get a grip.

All words and opinions are my own and I never stated KC didn't have gaps between fights and if you actually read the first post you replied to then you would see I'm not as biased towards KC as you appear to assume so I don't see how you have or will win anything? Also it's hypocritical of you asking if I reused a word or phrase when you call me ''Mr Shapiro'' which was also used in the same thread by @boy_Hoodle so are you just pulling words out his mouth or are you one and the same using another alt? Maybe you're all viewers of the same stream where you heard it and thought it was something cool to say.  I dunno.
