xHunuity The Apex Legends Discord server, (shown below) is community ran, (as in, its separate from EA/Respawn).

You would need to go through their appeal process to appeal the ban from their Discord server, (which does require you to wait 30 days after the ban, (and not every ban from their Discord server can be appealed)).

If you were banned from a different Apex Legends Discord Server, its sadly the same thing, (where it is separate from EA/Respawn), and you would need to go through their ban appeal process instead.

If you were banned in-game, you would need to contact the EA TOS Team as in-game bans cannot be handled through Discord, (or here on the forums).
