It is great you got your issue sorted but I edited your post, submitting multiple support requests is unhelpful, one should be enough. Thanks.

@EA_Barry Is it ok to submit another case after your first case wasn’t successful? I always only had one case submitted, as it would always just close the others if I had multiple, but I had to submit several cases one after another until I finally got the desired result.
