Hello same issue here

I’m pc player and I use razer keyboard I did download the “ razer synapse “ but I did not have an macro on it plus all I did was changed the “ esc” key only I did explain why I changed it and show everything I could and would cooperate with anything yet I got denied 10th

Different region so you can’t live chat you can’t refund

and yes I did see someone got unbanned because they were “ lucky”

a dm by an staff directly to him and he did explain why, eventually he got unbanned and he did say it is unfair to who got the same issue.

so I’m pretty sure you’ll get ban and unbanned depends on the staff
