This is really a big issue and it is a shame not alot of people are talking about it. Thank you for sharing the details but the fact someone had to reach out had to intervene is concerning. Alot of other people might not get this opportunity.
I hope community managers can compile all this and raise a case for relevant teams to look at.
yes I am happy to get my account back, but actually, this is very unfair.
Other people will love their accounts as much as I love my account. I feel some guilty about that part.
If a false ban is unbanned purely by luck, people will not be able to trust that company.
EA must quickly recognize and resolve this issue If a company only accepts positive opinions, it cannot develop.
