Firing range dummies constantly one shotting me with full shields and health ?

As the headline says, I can be at full health and shields and get one shot by firing range dummies. I always set set it to full combat hard, but even at full combat this is happening. It's frustratin...

Apparently they are using the care package PK. That's the best I could tell

Strange. I checked again after your post. It's not at all like I remember it. They actually try to kill you. A lot. Maybe something was broken before, or maybe this is an update with the new season. I'll definitely be dialing back the difficulty.
