Freezing in Trio Mode on PS4

I was playing in Trio Mode a little while ago, and the game froze multiple times, so I’m posting here to request that this issue be addressed.

It froze before I could get to the character selection screen, and when I restarted Apex, it froze again on this screen.

I was in a death box, and my teammates were reviving me with a Phoenix Kit.
