My account was hacked by my ex, he got my ea account banned and now I can’t play apex or no ea games, it’s not fair because I want the one in my account talking the crap to the other users. Ban his account instead of mine this is so unfair

But it was hacked!!!! WE BROKE UP SO HE USED MY ACCOUNT AND GOT IT BANNED, omg this is annoying I’ve been trying to get my account unbanned for so long! I don’t care if it’s his email this is my account, he literally just made up that email to play apex, I already changed the passwords for the ea account and my Xbox live profile so he can’t get on, I’ve been getting codes to verify it’s my account and I gave it twice!!!! This is my account why don’t you guys believe me, it should be so easy to un ban me, I haven’t even msgd people on my profile for how many months!!
How is hacked not the right term?! He went on my account without my permission and played on it and got it banned. He’s my damn ex all I want is for you guys to un ban my account, I already changed the passwords so he can’t get on it anymore I just need it to be un banned!!!! I got 2 emails with the verification code so you guys should obviously believe it’s me, one code is 691548 and the other one is 825602. Like literally he’s a guy and I’m a girl, there is no way you guys don’t believe me this was my account from 2012 whenever it was created. Send me more verification codes and I’ll keep confirming it’s me, all I want is my account un banned so I can keep playing garden warfare and my other ea games! I literally just bought torchwood and goat and now I can’t even use them cause I’m banned all of a sudden
You should start by filing a ticket, but don't expect results. Gather evidence of your login info from Origin -> EA Account and Billing -> Your EA Data. Try to put together a strong case, but usually if denied, the chances of appeal are slim. Hopefully EA can help you out. This looks like a situation where you could use the login IP data and other supporting evidence to prove harassment.
