Heya,

There isn't really anything anyone on these forums who will be able to assist you with this matter.
Account bans are only handled by the TOS team, information on how to do so can be found here: [EA Help] - Get information on EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions

You can appeal up to 3 times (EDIT: Might be a bit more than 3, used to be. don't exactly have information on this but just noting that it's not a 3 time hard limit) as far as I'm aware, so even if they upheld the ban after the appeal you've mentioned, you can still try and appeal it.

Thank you to reply ,im totally desperate, i did appeal but ive got like a template message... , the fact that i reported that i was hacked and yet im still banned seems so unreasonable to me, i love apex and i spent so much time and money on this game to even think of cheating , i appealed again and im waiting for the second reply, i hope it will be a human being replying and not a bot and that they properly check IPs and everything , im feeling so hopeless 😭😭
