Heirloom Shards
Hey, so I have had this game since it came out, I’ve played it too along the years making it to level 825 and when I go to see if I can buy an mythic heirloom or that I cant, Because I have never received any shards and it says when you go to buy one that chances are low that’s understandable but then it says ‘ a player cannot open more than 500 apex packs excluding events and what not without receiving shards and i dont Own any mythic items so idk but I’m sure I’ve opened close too 500 and still haven’t gotten any but I’m hearing there are new players that haven’t spend money on the game and have almost every one of them ? I’m not sure how that works but yea couldn’t find an email so I guess I had to write it here. The general question is basically how have i not Gotten any over the like 5-6 years of having the game
