Hip fire visual
If hipfire is perfectly accurate as long as you aim with the center anyways can just not have the crosshair/reticle expand its just annoying and serves no purpose.

I believe it only expands when you're moving. Thinking about it a bit more, it might be helpful to have laser sights on the guns.
