how do i link my ea account to my apex legends on ps4?

same issue, basically i know the EA account linked to my PS4 account for my Apex Legends; however, I forgot the password & the e-mail service still isnt working, so being eager to claim my twitch prime loot; I just linked it to a different EA anyways with the belief I could switch it in game, but this ended up not being true.  I don’t want to have to make a new account just to claim my twitch prime & lose all my stats. hoping they’ll add a feature or a website, something to swap the EA account associated with consoles, and pc’s.       i was disappointed because i just claimed it on an EA account that’s not even on my main, or any PlayStation account; even.  😭   sadddd.  really looking at it, there’s not much they can do for my problem; I don’t know why the email isn’t being sent to me, sucks.

Where in the game do I see if I'm connected with any account?

Or where can I connect a account?

I can find no option for connecting in the game.

Same thing happened, glad someone else had the same problem too. Idk how to fix it and it’s getting frustrating.

I found the solution.

Log in on twitch prime and connect your ea account there.

Maybe search for the apex twitch prime loot, it will guide you through that.

Your ea account should be connected to your ps account and when you start apex you get the loot.

I did link to my EA account and claimed the loot, but how long does it take to appear? It's been a few hours and nothing...

Thinking I may have linked the wrong account, but the EA account is linked to my PSN ID... perhaps I have more than one account linked to my PS4 without knowing it .

There can be a delay after claiming the content, but if it's been a few hours and the content hasn't shown up, please check again. 

There is nowhere to sign in to ea on apex legends. I signed in to ea through UFC 3 and was finally able to link my EA/ PS4 accounts. Wasnt able to get the pathfinder skin until I did this.

The PSN account that I have linked to my EA account is not the correct account, but there seems to be no way to remove the incorrect account. Is there any way I can change my linked account?
