How Is It Possible That Apex Has Only Had 2 Decent Legends Since Launch?

I think the only good legends after launch are Octane, and Valkyrie. Did someone make the first legends quit or something before launch? I honestly feel like the first set of Legends the game shipped...

Controller on PC is a plague. I play with both so I know what I'm talking about. Controller in Apex Legends PC is normal.

@Popa2caps  It's funny I was saying exactly this to kooch while we were playing the other day. 

Most of the legends after s2 just felt really lackluster.

I personally quite like revenant, and crypto is decent as far I'm concerned otherwise the rest just feel kinda ...."meh" for lack of a better description.
