How long should I wait for an answer?

I made an inquiry about the suspension due to an unauthorized program that I did not use.

I was convinced that it was due to hacking, so I collected all the data such as IP, personal information, game record (I got it from EA) and inquired to EA.

I didn't answer after a month and two months, so I did a live chat and they told me to wait

At the same time, I was informed that if I proceed with further inquiries about this, the ranking may be pushed back, so don't do anything and just wait.

And look
The inquiry we made in July 2024 is still being processed.

How long do I have to wait?

    Thank you for your response.
    I had a Live Chat with a support agent, and they told me to "please wait until the TOS team responds."
    However, this case was created back in 2022...
