I bought and apex account and account is already banned

Can any of dev help me i bought an account which contains a heirloom. After i bought i couldnt play with it it said avcount has been banned. How can i rescue this account that i dont know why its b...

I don't think one can appeal to TOS in this situation, when the act of buying or selling an account itself is against TOS. You made a very bad bargain, I'm afraid.

The selling and purchasing of accounts is against the Terms of Use. We are not able to assist in these type of requests.
