I can't seem to get an answer from the support team
A week ago i purchased 50 apex packs and upgraded them for wishlist packs for 75k legend tokens, When i tried to open the packs i was met with a server error, after restarting the game, my 50 packs were all gone aswell as my legend tokens. I was told by a livesupporter that i would get an answer after a maximum of 72 hours. It's been a week and i havent heard anything back?
paying for 50 packs and then being left hanging feels extremely frusterating, is there any way to make the support team get back to me? the guy in the livechat were very confusing, he told me to keep an eye out for twitter/X when i asked him where the support team would contact me with a solution? makes no sense
any help or clarification is appreciated
