Good luck with that. It's your account and I imagine you will be held accountable for whatever happens on your account unless you were hacked and could prove it.
Not posting to try and annoy you, I would just be shocked if you get anywhere with it.

You are responsible for the behavior of others using your account. This is part of our Terms of Service. The ban on your account is permanent and there won't be any further reviews unless there is new information that hasn't been sent to ToS previously.

As I said in my last response, your ban is permanent.
@kalen_306265i was banned once for hate speach for 180 hours. I used to be toxic with my random teammates. And i got banned not instantly, my toxicity lasted for a long period of time and finally i received notification about temporal ban. And you couldn't have got permanent ban for hate speach for the 1st time. They usully give you a sequence of bans and when they see it does not work, they ban you permanently. In case of hate speach you couldnt have got permaban for sure(if this is your first case)
My brother has gotten me 1 suspension before. He’s so toxic . He’s not allowed on my Xbox anymore cuz of this. Had 2 heirlooms…
When I look at my account status tho, it shows up as ban. No suspension
What can I do for one last chance? I’ve put too much money into this game for it to end like this. Please I am so sad ☹️
This is your fault and the mentality of today's youth and generation.
Take responsibility for your actions. Point. Blank. Period.
Thank god EA is banning people like this who try to cry their way into another chance. Take this like a man, open a new account and start over. Let this be a very expensive learning experience.

- @kalen_306265 We can't help you buddy. You just have to suck it up and learn from this. This is your account and everything that happens in your account is your responsibility. Should have put a password or something. We get multiple threads like this a week so this is not new to us to see in this forum.
I understand it was my account but it was not my actions. You don’t have to be rude about it.
