I have opened 500 Apex Packs and did not get the Heirloom

btw, how come lvl 500 players aren't banned? they obviously used a bot to play, 400+lvl since the reset is just impossible, even ninja who got paid millions to play apex, doesn't play that much

Thanks for trying to help but I wrote that I have purchased multiple times $20 worth of packs. I called EA and they said that just within the last 7 days I have opened 380 packs, that is how far they can look. So, considering I am level 500 plus bought all the four seasons.... I am way over 600. I own almost every single item on Apex lol

Its the same deal for me, i have been playing since season one. I am level 500. I bought like 4 or 5 times a pack of 43 coins. I have bought every battle pass .... Nothing....... surely i must of hit 500 packs already

Worst thing is... A friznd of mine starts playing apex coming from COD, and gets a heirloom at level 13. Without owning a battle pass. Its not fair

In 1 season, you can get around 25 packs. I've opened around 320, so 6 more season to go to ,aka 1,5 years to go to get free heirloom 🙂

By that time, most heirloom will be available.
