I need help to recover my PSN account.

A while ago when crossprogression was released the entirety of my PSN account progress was whiped ou t like if I never played the game before. I've tried multiple times reaching out to costumer support but I had no luck and all they told me was that they didnt have the tools to help me recover it.

There has to be a way to see a backup save or something of my account. I cant believe it all just dissapeard. I'll attach a screenshoot where you can see that I have 500 hours and all the achivements in game.
