If I buy the bloodhound edition for Xbox, can I use the skins on my PC as well?

I play Apex on my PC but would like a disc version of the Bloodhound Edition coming out. If I buy that edition, can I use the skins on my PC still? Does the platform matter for content and unlocks or...

@EA_AtaashiAdding onto this, since I haven't seen anything about it yet. I play on PC, but my computer has no disc drive. If I buy the physical edition for PC will there be codes to redeem to get all the stuff?

Edit: never mind I found the answer. PC version does not include a disc, so obviously its a code.
