if I get

If I get an heirloom before my 500th pack will I still get my guarantied or does it reset that progress

    @Xdmcyeete  If you get your heirloom shards via an apex pack, the counter will be reset yes.

    If you were to earn a heirloom via a collection event, e.g the recent revenant one this would not reset your apex pack shard counter.

    Sorry I thought it was for every game but its for apex legends

    @Xdmcyeete  If you get your heirloom shards via an apex pack, the counter will be reset yes.

    If you were to earn a heirloom via a collection event, e.g the recent revenant one this would not reset your apex pack shard counter.

    @Xdmcyeete once you get heirloom shards from a random loot pack then the 500 packs counter resets, so it means that the next heirloom will be within another 500 packs.
    except if you purchased the heirloom directly from an event which will be for a specific heirloom
