Lag, disconnects, matchmaking of a horrendous scale and magnitude. Audio issues. Footsteps almost non existent yet the announcer for ring closing blows my eardrums out? Btw my voice over settings are really low, I can barely hear my teammates legends quips yet no matter what is happening the ring announcer is loud AF.
No solo or duo mode, no active mode option other than vanilla or ranked TBH.
Ranked games that are solely based on pre-mades with no consideration for solo or duo players at all.
Pub games that have newer teamates on my squad going up against people who are not on a regular basis.
Anyways I am down for 1 or 2 games a night at the most then I bounce for something else to unwind from work.
The biggest downside for me right now is that the game is still trio version only. Playerbase getting split keeps getting brought up. Fortnite has multiple modes along with a PVE version, no issues there. While they may boast bigger numbers unfortunately Respawn is looking at this like a conventional game IE TF2, which it is not. It is F2P battle royale which in it's very nature encourages solo play. Use your skill guts and instinct to be the last 1 standing. Sometimes you feel like being aggressive sometimes not and sometimes in between. Are 3 people always going to be on the same page? Even if they play together frequently basic psychology tells you no.

Normally just play now for the funnies, which amounts to 1-2 games before I hop off and play some single player games.
I love Apex and everything about it (aside from some issues) but it needs something else, some more spice? I like what they did today with the Moz being bumped to 1000% drop rate and beefed up fire rate and mag size, very fun
If more things like this were added weekly or so, than I would be playing Apex more often like I use to. For now, other games are a bit more fun for me to play as a Solo.

- No duos
- Caustic, Mirage, Revenant, and Octane need buffs.
- Servers are bad.
- They don’t listen to the community like they used to.
- Pathfinder, Wraith, and Gibraltar still need some nerfs.
- Ranked is unplayable in season 4
- SBMM has been toned down but still sucks - @bosourd My reasons would be:
Some better game comes out which I would like(with better servers than Apex 20 Hz) like Valorant. Maybe. We will see. Otherwise, I will keep on playing. Forever? - @SHiNWiN wraith don't need any more nerf neither buff.

The poor networking + prediction errors would be the core reason.
I've seen this before with the Battlefield team. Since BF3, they've had half a second lag that results in dying around corners, super bullets applying lethal damage in a fifth of a second for insta-deaths, and other networking atrocities that pretty much make an otherwise gorgeous game miserable to endure. BF4, BF1 and BFV all have the same problem; it's as if they use the same team to do the networking, introducing the exact same problems through every iteration of the game. It's doomed to fail until those devs go to school and learn better ways to address the issue, or they bring in new blood that is more skilled at handling it.
Same deal here; Prediction errors have been rampant since the last patch; but before then? I RARELY came across one. Now, it seems like I can't go 10m of playing before I start sliding around and warping like I'm Wraith on crack.
- @bosourd A lack of Mirage buffs after year, I'll give myself 4.
