in-game report for team member ONLY? thats bad.
how about the cheater who is killed you with all head shots only and his name and frame appears , why there is no report system (in-game) for that player? .. i guess now, next update will be after 4...

It's on consoles too, just the controls will be different. On Xbox by default it's by holding in the right analogue stick:
It then brings up that player profile and you can report them via the consoles report function.
