@Cro_PitttHow about they remove a popular movement feature which has been here since launch instead. A movement tech which so many people spent countless hours practicing and improving on, making it an essential part of their gameplay. That surely sounds like a better idea then actually fixing audio, servers, bugs and banning cheaters and strike pack users, no?
I'm starting to think that those people running the game are actually stacking the odds against it, it's not that they are clueless, it looks to me that they're actively trying to sabotage it in any possible and thinkable way.

I just got killed 2 games in a row by completely silent enemies RUNNING up behind me. Not a single sound. This game is a mess.

@aisthebestletterI had the same thing happen to me this past week.
What map were you on?
I'm curious, because in my experience, it only happens to me on Kings Canyon, the footstep audio on Olympus, & Worlds Edge seem to be fine. (playing on XBOX)- 4 years ago@SILVERisSORRY This also happens to me more often in this season, especially in encounters Seer and Bloodhound. I can't really tell if the sound is too low or not triggered at all, but I noticed other voice lines missing completely as well, especially those from the teammates confirming that they've downed an enemy. I usually don't have issues with the direction of the sound, but I've had a few situations where the sound of a legend seemed to be lagging, indicating a position that was way behind the enemy.
All these, coupled with the fact that some experience game freezes, crashes or even device shutdowns, suggest that there are memory management / performance issues. I can't recall having any audio issue in Arenas, for example, where's way less clutter, but in BR they do happen , regardless of the current map.
