kicked from Global Series Tournament

hello my name is Shane i am the manger of Mystic Rangers apart of the Mystic alliance corporation we had 2 teams entered into the first on line tournament of the Global Series that starts in around 4 hours one team got removed yesterday after they done the gold iv check but all players are diamond and all are registered correctly and then today the day of the tournament the other team got removed from the tournament both teams where registered and where all diamond in ranked so where should of been no reason for them to be removed from the tournament some of these players have being practising day in and day out for this to come around and to get removed and not able to play is a joke here is my issues please tell us why they cant compete when everything was done correctly
