Kill cap on ranked is way too low

My voice of disagreement:

while the kills vs placement is off, I think overall the system is all right.

There’s a lot of grief over the way other people play in this thread.  I’ve always argued, however, that you’ve got to play as a team.  And if that means someone lands 700 meters out, do your best with that person.

People overemphasize kills.  I get it, adrenaline is an addiction. But one reason Apex is good is because you use strategy not just kills.  A kill cap of 5 is to me the best way to point that out. 

Not to mention there’s always a line and in this game it’s  platinum.  You can’t get past plat without kill ing people of your own skill level, or out performing when you have a bad team mate.  So yes, this is going to be where the complaints are.  

Best option is to party up with 3, as a pug myself I think you have to be extraordinary to solo and advance to diamond.  But hey, that’s where the line is snd I understand the frustration.  Everyone wants to be a predator.
