Why doesn’t it have a charge time like the havoc? I mean it is an energy weapon...

@hayhor if you use a 3 hocg sight on the LStar (and a good stock) and follow the target tightly while using the sight at distance, it can be devestating. You can see through the flare from the shots. Maby with short bursts to overcome the recoil, that might be it.
