@Eques3n That's weird you have a limit you can report but I'd guess it is to stop spam.

Also just so you are aware, when you spectate someone you are in a pretty large delay sometimes. The reticle thing going crazy is a visual glitch the majority of the time. I've even seen it in ALGS tournaments.

@hayhor Pretty weird reticle glitch that zips around the display targeting other players. Is it a "glitch" when watching and the player's reticle completely disappears and their weapon is aiming about 2 meters above the player and hitting them?
