I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt that you are referring to @VenderAzura otherwise i'd be really embarrassed for you that you didn't read the first line of my response.
As a controller user on PC I just don't agree with you. Yes, there's minimal aim assist, but that's not really the point.
You're argument essentially boils down to 'I can't have it so you shouldn't have it' well that applies just as much to kb/mouse players with aim assist- so denying them it would be double standards.
Same with my explanation about mouse keys - do you ban mouse button's 3-9+ because not all mice have them? Do you ban quick ping shortcuts on keyboard that we have to use the scroll wheel for on controller? - if you don't, again double standards.
It's entirely possible that we just have different play styles, perhaps i'm more conservative so don't rush in on deathboxes, maybe I loot quicker - so this issue just doesn't happen to me, but not once have I thought that being able to wiggle a bit would have saved me being shot in a hail or AR fire or a grande being thrown next to the deathbox i'm looting.
Either way, i'm not trolling, I just don't agree.
I guess i should be more blunt.
I dont believe your telling the truth you use a controller as your main peripheral on this game.
Your acting here like i have some sort of super power and not being able to loot and move is balancing it.
If aiming with a controller was easier then everyone would be doing it. There is only two reasons why people use controllers on this game.
1. You have a physical disability
2. Its comfortable

Well, fair enough for being blunt... you're wrong (i fall into the 2nd of your categories), if you look across my posts where people has posted control based issues i've always been consistent in stating that i was using a controller. Then again, you're probably so deep into your conspiracy theory that you now feel that I've staged 2 weeks worth of forum posts stating I play on controller - just so I can come and troll you on this post, 2 weeks later...
Now we've got that out the way do you have some comment to add to my discussion point? or are you one of those forum posters that just says they want something because 'I want it so it's right'
Just to recap -
1. If kb/ mouse loose a benefit of their peripheral, should controllers lose a benefit of their peripheral?
2. If you're changing this difference to make it fair should you also adjust the ping system that works differently between the peripherals to similarly make it fair?
3. Should we ban mouse buttons 3-9+ given that not all mouse's (mice?) have those buttons

There is a reason why Console and PC games don't cross platform on certain genres lol.
You chose to * yourself with a Controller instead of using the KB/Mouse, for reasons i don't understand lol...why on earth did you bother gaming on a PC if you want to use a Controller? If you want the level playing field, go and jump on the Console instead?
Stop expecting companies to compensate to your specialised play style and use the tools for each platform as they were designed to be used. If you want to be part of the PC Master race, then do it properly...stop trying to bring down our functionality to that of Console...We're PC Gamers for a reason.

There is no progress being made here because people are somehow assuming im playing on a controller out of choice.
They arent even reading what i typed.
They also dont understand what im talking about has nothing to do with the physical limitations of controllers and its solely a game design decision or oversight that can be fixed through coding.
They also dont understand the simple concept that if everyone is locked down like a controller then nobody is punished. Its like someone comes up with a new sport like football but one team gets 50+ players extra on the field with no drawbacks... And when someone says "maybe the players should be even and we should remove the extra ones from that one team" the team with the extra players starts yelling and screaming and raising all hell. It blows my mind how anyone would condone a blatant advantage.
Its fixing an issue of balance by taking away some crummy advantage that was haphazardly given to you.
Someone at respawn didnt stop to think "hey... people can still walk around while looting on pc and we didnt make that change on our controller ui yet... maybe we should do that"
Or, in my opinion go for better game design and remove that "feature" from the game completely because wiggling around while looting is stupid. I dont know why anyone would even want it in the game and defend it.
Clearly the developers werent expecting people to exploit this movement as much as it is being done with the fact they didnt bother to code it into the controller.
No. Just because i use a controller does not mean i need to be artificially handicapped by lazy design decisions. I deserve to employ the same tactics that keyboard users can do especially since the controller IS CAPABLE of doing it mechanically.
